Half-Day Basic Fire Safety Training Courses
This Course provides the candidate with an overview their legal responsibilities, fire behaviour, your workplace fire control measures, human behaviour, fire extinguishers and evacuation. New content for 2025 includes 'how to stay safe in emergencies'
The course is designed to accommodate up to 15 people and will equip them with the necessary knowledge and understanding to enable them to support the fire risk assessment and legal responsibilities.
One-Day Managers Fire Safety Training Course
This course is designed to ensure that Managers within the organisation are fully equipped with the information needed to run the business safely and in compliance with legislative requirements. The course covers all aspects of managing and reducing fire risk in a business environment. Covering areas such as staff training, induction training, fire behaviour, risk assessment methodology and fire control measures. This in depth course will give new and existing managers the confidence to carry out their role. New content for 2025 includes 'UK Government Contest Strategy on Terrorist Events'
This is a full one day course with maximum of 8 - 10 students.
Fire Marshal Training
This course enhances the half day fire safety course. To ensure that evacuation of premises takes place in an orderly and controlled manner we explore the role of the fire warden / marshall within the work environment. This course is designed to offer best practice in crowd and people evacuation from a risk premise. How to deal with the emergency services and ensure accurate roll call to ensure that all staff, visitors and guests have been safely evacuated. The course explores the options available in managing people with disabilities. New content for 2025 includes'dealing with other emergency situations'
This is a one day course for a maximum of 15 delegates.
